Erst war da gar nichts. Absolut nichts zu sehen. Aber wir alle wußten, daß es da war. Leise. Und sehr groß.Dann, plötzlich, wurde es sichtbar, vor uns, näher kommend: Das neue U-Boot mit der revolutionären Leise-Maschine-Technologie. Majestätisch, langsam, wurde es größer und größer.
Und wir alle wunderten uns, warum es grün war.

First there was nothing. Absolutely nothing to see. But they all knew, that it was there. Silent. And very big.
Then, suddenly, it got visible right in front, comming closer: The new submarine with the revolutionary silent-engine-technology. Majestetically, slowly. it got bigger and bigger.
And we all wondered why it was green.

Farben. Zum ersten Mal. Miloriblau für den Hintergrund und Kobaltgrün für den Apfel. Jeweils eine dünne Schicht. Einfache Aufgabe, diesmal.
für die Beschaffung von Pigmenten, Dammar etc. empfehle ich Kremer Pigmente. Und nein, dies war keine bezahlte Werbung. Ich bin einfach überzeugt von der Kompetenz dieser Firma.
Wie man sehen kann, wird das Bild flach, die Lichter und Schatten sind durch die Farbe abgemildert. Das muss sich im nächsten Schritt ändern.

Colours. For the first time. Milori blue for the background and cobalt green for the apple. One thin layer each. Simple task, this time.
For obtaining pigments, dammar and the like I recommend Kremer Pigmente. And no, this was not a paid advertisement. I´m simply conviced by the competence of that company.
As you can see, the picture gets flat, the lights and shadows are moderated by the colour. That has to change in the next step.
